A 110-acre property on Parisian Island, which stands in the Canadian waters of Lake Superior just 10 miles from Whitefish Point in Michigan, is for sale. The rest of the island is a nature preserve owned by the Canadian government, meaning this is the only private parcel.
No structures stand on the island except for a lighthouse compound, and the property is home to pebbly beaches, an old-growth forest, and diverse plant life.
The listed price is $700,000 and its owners can be reached here.
We’re attaching photos below, which have been provided by David Graff, the nephew of the property owner.
