Miguel Cabrera is in the final week of a remarkable career that could make him a first-ballot Hall of Famer. The 40-year-old Detroit Tigers slugger is Major League Baseball’s only Triple Crown winner since 1967. Cabrera’s 21-season career will end Sunday against Cleveland at Comerica Park.
