Life in the Great Lakes State is, well, great, but we could all use a break from the hustle and bustle from time to time. For some, relaxation comes in the form of binge-watching on the couch or hitting the gym, while others are more drawn to internal solitude. Think yoga, soothing strolls among Michigan’s shorelines, and even meditation practices.
Whether you’re an experienced yogi and meditation master or a total beginner, there’s real healing power in gathering with like-minded individuals to practice your craft and connect with your spiritual side. Luckily, Michigan is host to a slew of yoga and meditation retreats to help you reach your Zen goals in 2024. From waterfront escapes to silent gatherings and just about everything in between, there’s a retreat on our list to suit a multitude of goals and experience levels.
Take a deep breath, center yourself, and consider these 2024 yoga and meditation retreats in Michigan.
