Gov. Gretchen Whitmer signed an executive order re-establishing Michigan’s Gun Violence Prevention Task Force as the state marks Gun Violence Awareness Month. The task force is charged with developing recommendations to reduce firearm-related deaths and helping put those recommendations into action.
