Merry Christmas, Michiganders. 

Before I unplug for a couple days, I just wanted to say thank you—for reading, sharing, replying, and generally making The MichiGanja Report one of the most enjoyable parts of my job here at The ‘Gander.

This year took me all over the state, into grow rooms and dispensaries, down strange rabbit holes in Lansing, and into some genuinely great conversations with people who care deeply about Michigan weed.

And that only works because you’re here for it.

Also, this Trop Cherry joint from Uplyfted didn’t hurt. It’s been one of my go-to strains this year, and it somehow made Michigan’s state Christmas tree in downtown Lansing look even more absurdly beautiful than it already is.

I’m taking a short holiday pause, but I’ll be back next week with a year-end recap of my favorite stories, moments, and highlights from 2025. Until then, take it easy, smoke something you like, and enjoy the quiet if you can.
